My posted comment: “The April 2, 2012, Village Meeting is critical to watch. Overlook my overt outrage with irresponsible government, hence my “edgy” communication style. I’ve battled BG’s repression to “speak” only to “desirable” Board topics since the day I was sworn into Government in 2009, but peaked when I hit the Land & Lakes Landfill issue in Jan. 2010, which was the Board’s basis for my Recall... for those following the issue....appears I hit a raw nerve. Drag scroll bar to 23:50 and watch until Braiman calls an emergent 5 minute recess - his only way out.”

IEPA Historic “First Hearing on Post Closure Care” exploring L&L landfill took place on November 9, 2010. I personally requested the hearing per urgent instruction by (Kent Law) Environmental Professor Keith Harley of the Chicago Environmental Law Clinic, who generously took my case pro bono. Land & Lakes Landfills and Composting Facilities are currently owned by the Mayor of Lake Forest Jim Cowhey and family.
