Time and time again, I see a pet locked in a car with the windows cracked a bit.
I am totally dismayed as to why a pet owner would do this to their beloved furry friend.
Perhaps the owner thinks “Oh, I’ll just be a minute," but in reality, it turns in to 20 minutes which can ultimately heat the inside of the car up to 50 more degrees.

It is totally irresponsible to leave your pet inside a locked car with the windows cracked.
There are nasty people out there that might want to steal your pet to use as bait for dog fighting. Or perhaps the sicko that wants to use your pet for illegal drug trials.

All in all, let's think before we act, especially with the dog days of summer quickly approaching.
