Wheeling High School Orchesis Hosts 17th Annual Dance for Life's "Next Generation"

In a benefit performance for The Dance For Life Fund and The Children's Place Association, this concert will feature more than 150 dancers performing under the direction of some of Chicago's most prominent choreographers.

The Dance for Life Fund provides living assistance grants to people in the dance community who are affected by a life threatening illnesses. The Children's Place Association provides assistance to children affected by AIDS and their families.

The following dance companies are scheduled to appear: Arlington Dance Ensemble (Arlington Heights), Chicago Academy for the Arts, Chicago Ballet Arts, Civic Ballet of Chicago, Dance Exchange, Extensions Dance Company (Chicago), Forum Jazz Dance Theatre (Libertyville), Loyola Academy Dance Company (Wilmette), Matrix Dance Improv (La Grange), and Wheeling High School Orchesis.
