Get Your Plants, Veggies and Eggs: Spring has Sprung at Frillman Farms!

Frillman Farms is gearing up for an heirloom, farmers market-packed growing season. Meanwhile, we've got plenty of hearty plants for our veggie-craving customers. Stop by and see what we're all about!

A rainy April hasn't stopped us at Frillman Farms, where we've managed to stay afloat despite a flood and some typical, Chicago-area fluctuating temperatures.

Springtime is the start to a very busy growing season on the farm and although our vegetables aren't quite ready yet, we're currently selling plants to those who would like to grow their own heirloom tomatoes, sweet peppers or basil at home.

Customers will soon be able to purchase our kale, which should be ripe for the pickin' in about one month.

At Frillman Farms, we're committed to providing the highest possible quality produce to Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. We offer an eye-popping array of Heirloom GMO-free crops—including more than 25 varieties of Heirloom tomatoes—and are known for our freshly laid eggs.

We take pride in our feed ratios, giving our hens exactly what they need to maintain a healthy diet. We don't believe in clipping wings or trimming beaks. Plenty of Fresh air, room to roam, and sunflower seeds give our girls a spoiled life—that's the way we prefer it.

After all, we know that happy hens make for amazing eggs. With more than 160 ladies on the farm, we sell more than 70 dozen eggs each week. That's nothing to cluck about!
