Buffalo Grove Farmers Market events for June 24
Be amazed at LEGO skyscraper creations and balloon artist extraordinaire while strolling and shopping the market.

Events for Sunday, June 24: LEGO artist Rocco Buttliere will be appearing from 10AM to 12 PM. Rocco, a recent graduate of BGHS, who's been been building with LEGO for over 11 years, will be displaying select works from his collection of skyscraper models. His models are accurate down to the street level details and include famous buildings such as the Eiffel Tower, Willis (Sears) Tower, Empire State Building and even the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. Be sure to visit his display and check out these amazing replicas. Ryan Freeman of RCJuggle, balloon artist extraordinaire, will be back to amaze.
We'll be having many wonderful events throughout the summer from Sur la Table cooking demos to valuables appraisals a la "antiques roadshow" along with your favorite farmers as well as some very new and exciting surprises. Watch for more details and check out our Facebook page.
Farm and vendor offerings include: breakfast and lunch pizza, cheeses, veggies, fruit, coffee beans/fresh brewed coffee, meats, eggs, pastas, handmade fresh pies, jams, honey, plants, spices, maple syrups, mustards, mushrooms, baked breads/ muffins/cookies/pastries, dog biscuits and treats, knife sharpening, donuts made on site and much more.
Non-profits on 6/24: Cub Scout Troup #36 will be selling water and soda and, adjacent to the market, BG Environmental Action Team will be having a huge green fair. Please visit and support their organizations. United Way and the Page It Forward Campaign will have a collection box for childrens' books at the Information Booth until October 7th.
Please bring your non-perishables to help the Vernon Township Food Pantry. The collection boxes are located at the Information Booth and we also accept cash donations for the pantry.
