Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold is for the active adult population or beginner participant. No dance experience required. We do steps of basic Zumba class like Salsa, Merengue, Mambo, Reggaeton Cha-cha, Cumbia & Rock’n Roll! Participating in Zumba Gold one moves lots, sweats & smiles! It’s having fun & a great work out without knowing you're working out at the same time! A great class for those concerned about “not being able to get the steps”.  A pay as you go class. Registration & waiver form need to be completed prior to class. Starts September 10th at 7pm & September 12th at 10:00am
