A 2-hour seminar focused on teaching teens (ages 13 to 18) to identify and avoid potentially dangerous situations, suggestions on how to de-escalate a situation before it becomes violent, and when there are no other options, how to use the least amount of force necessary to escape a confrontation. Students will learn simple, effective, and easy to remember defenses to common unarmed attacks, as well as against a club or knife attack. The instructor, a practicing attorney with over 15 years of experience in Kenpo Karate, Krav Maga, and the Filipino Martial Arts, will address the legal ramifications of using self-defense.
