In response to concerns about development of the BG Golf Course, which sits on a large flood plain, with excessive flooding when it rains, Mr. Monico will respond to questions from Save Buffalo Grove, a citizens group, about laws, regulations, reservoirs, flooding patterns, environmental impact, and more.
