Strength Training for Women
Strength training is an integral part of the fitness process, particularly for women of all ages (teen to older adult). Utilizing a variety of weight and resistance equipment, the class will tone and strengthen every major muscle group. See a dynamic change in your body's appearance and ability. Not a choreographed class, so plenty of instruction on proper form and technique. Focus on improvement and progression of female musculature.
