Let's Just Grill Indian Style
How about doing an Indian Mixed Grill that includes the goodness of fresh vegetables and meats? In this hands-on class, we will learn how to create an Indian oven based tandoori platter. We will cook two vegetable dishes and two non-veg dishes. The dishes include tandoori salmon and spicy tandoori chicken. If you prefer the vegetarian alternative, we will cook Amritsari Paneer Tikka, marinated cottage cheese cubes diced in fresh vegetables, as well as Tandoori baby potatoes. You will be surprised how easy cooking these dishes are! Pre registration is required. Fee: $49
