Gloria Garcia "Helping Hands"

On April 20, 2013, Gloria Garcia (39) and daughter Gianna (10) were the victims in a fiery crash on the Eden*s Expressway just outside of Chicago. Their car was crushed by an 18 wheel truck that burst into flames on impact leaving both mother and daughter in critical condition at the Loyola University Hospital Critical Burn Center. Hands and arms with third degree burns, faces and legs burned, both mother and daughter have had to undergo multiple skin graphing surgeries to replace skin melted by the diesel fuel fire.
Their lives have been turned upside down. Their car was destroyed, so now they are without transportation. They were in the process of moving from an apartment in North Chicago to section 8 housing which was canceled because they were unavailable. They are now living with family members in a home with three other families. Please help us help them. All donations are welcome. Door prizes, gift certificates, items for auction, goods and services and cash.
