Seafood is a light, healthy menu option, but sometimes intimidating to prepare. We'll explore five different cooking techniques for this delicate protein. Our menu includes Orange & Fennel Poached Halibut, Crisy Sesame Crusted Tilapia, Pan-Smoked Trout Salad, Martini Mustard Salmon Wellington and a demonstation of Seared Serrano Wrapped Tuna with Romesco Sauce. You'll be hooked!
