Practical Street Self-Defense for Adults and Seniors
A low impact class for those new to self-defense (prior participants will be able to hone their skills and learn
new techniques).
The course will teach students simple and effective self-defense techniques against some of the most common unarmed attacks. Time will also be spent on basic defenses against knife and club attacks, and learning to defend with a cane. Students with physical limitations will receive individual instruction on alternative self-defense options.
The instructor is a practicing attorney with over 15 years experience in the martial arts and will address the legal ramifications of using self-defense.
