Chair yoga is yoga for everybody. If you have trouble getting down to the mat for practicing yoga stretches, bends and twists, then chair yoga is for you. If you sit a lot or travel alot for your career, chair yoga is for you. If you can breathe, you can do chair yoga. Join Vidya Nahar, ERYT for this workshop where you will learn several ways to practice yoga while seated at your desk, standing by your chair or traveling. You'll also learn how to synchronize your moves with your breath. No prior experience is necessary to participate in this workshop.
