Waxberg Family Sues Camp
The family of Jacob Waxberg, who drowned at a Michigan summer camp, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit.
The family of Jacob Waxberg, a 15-year-old Buffalo Grove resident who drowned at a Michigan camp in July, filed a wrongful death lawsuit Monday, the Chicago Tribune reports.
The suit names Campgroup LLC and a number of camp employees, according to the Tribune.
Waxberg, who had just finished his freshman year at , drowned July 20 .
