Village Treasurer Dies At 90
Joe Tenerelli was a long-time Buffalo Grove employee and member of the Chamber of Commerce.
Buffalo Grove leaders are mourning the loss of longtime village treasurer Joe Tenerelli, who died Saturday.
Tenerelli, 90, was also an active member of the , where he was remembered Tuesday during the organization’s monthly lunch meeting.
“He definitely lived a great, happy life and will be sorely missed,” Ghida Neukirch, deputy village manager, said.

A wake will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Aug. 12 at Kolssak Funeral Home, Wheeling. A funeral Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Aug. 13 at .
