Storm Dumps More Rain, Knocks Out Power

Heavy rain left Buffalo Grove saturated this morning, and some residents reported that they again lost electricity.

Kari Freeman posted this photo of an area near Arlington Heights Road, between Route 83 and Lake-Cook Road, on the Buffalo Grove Patch Facebook page.

“I think the drivers in the cars were surprised at all the water on the pavement,” she said.

Meanwhile, residents reported that half of Pinehurst Lane lost power.
