'Saturday Night Live' Star Speaks in Buffalo Grove

Former "Saturday Night Live" star Julia Sweeney made an appearance at the Arboretum Club in Buffalo Grove last week to talk about her new book “If it’s Not One Thing, It’s Your Mother,” the Buffalo Grove Countryside reports.
Sweeney, best known for her role as “Pat” on the comedy show, talked about her book, life on the North Shore, and took questions of the people in the crowd. Sweeney now lives in Wilmette and was invited to speak in Buffalo Grove by the Vernon Area Public Library, the newspaper reports.
