Join Patch Staff At The Farmers Market
500 farmers market shoppers will receive free reusable bags this Sunday, and Patch staff will be on hand to help distribute them.
Representatives from Buffalo Grove Patch, including editor Cristel Mohrman and advertising manager Noel Hennessy, will be among the volunteers on hand at Sunday’s farmers market, where 500 shoppers will receive reusable bags bearing local businesses’ logos – including that of Buffalo Grove Patch.
If you see a Patch representative – look for the green Patch T-shirts – be sure to stop and say hi. You might even receive some extra Patch freebies.
The farmers market boasts about 25 vendors of produce, cheese, flowers, baked goods and assorted other treats. Sunday’s entertainment, scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon, will include guitarist Whitey O’Day and a performance by 7-year-old magician Jack Gordon.
