Mr. Wilson has gained overwhelming bi-partisan support from voters in the 30th District as he moves to challenge term limits, tax policy and the stale nature of politics in Illinois. “It is time, this is a New Era for Illinois,” said Don. He added, “This district needs a representative in Springfield, not a representative from Springfield.” During the initial phase of obtaining signatures, Don walked through areas in the district such as Waukegan, North Chicago, Buffalo Grove, Mundelein, Vernon Hills, Gurnee, RIverwoods and Lincolnshire. He obtained over 1,000 signatures on his own which really provided the opportunity to understand the true concerns within the district and beyond.
