Wheeling H.S. Orchesis Presents 1970s Style “Gong Show”

Wheeling High School Orchesis is reconstructing the classic 1970s style Gong Show as a fundraiser for its upcoming trip to the National High School Dance Festival in Miami, Florida. The Gong Show, complete with emcee, judges, and random acts of obscure student and staff talent, will be held on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013, at 7 pm. Tickets are $5 and available at the door. Scheduled acts include roller skating, Rubik cube solving, fast talking, beat boxing, hula hoops, a sketch artist, and more. All proceeds will offset the cost of attending the dance festival next year.
