I started in 2001 because I thought I could provide better service to retirement plans than the companies I had worked for previously.
What is your business best known for?
I provide outsourced retirement plan administration and compliance, Form 5500 tax form preparation, employee retirement plan required communications and educational material, plan documents, IRS or DOL audit support, plan design and contribution calculations.Does your business offer a special deals card or program?
From now until the end of the year, I am offering a free compliance check for your company's retirement plan.
What is something most people don’t know about your business?
Most people don't realize there are so many IRS and DOL laws which must be followed. Often the business owners are busy running their businesses and don't pay attention to the retirement plan until they receive an IRS or DOL notice. It is a good idea to periodically review the retirement plan to make sure it's in compliance and to make sure it's on track to provide the expected retirement benefits to the participants.
