How did the business come to be?

We opened our doors in 2005. Joe started his career as an Engineering Technician. He then was a Project Manager for a Commercial Construction Company where he did interiors of stores. We also had a family-owned Paper Recycling Co. which we closed this last summer so we could put all our attention to General Contracting. With all this knowledge from structural, projecct management, owning a business and manufacturing plant, makes Joe a perfect choice as a General Contractor.

What is your business best known for?

We do any job from renovating a small hall bath to building a new home. We are best known for basement build-outs, kitchen and bath renovations and additions to any part of your home. 

How did you choose the area you did for your business?

We have lived in Buffalo Grove for 34 years. Our kids grew up here and we have developed many close relationships with people we do business with as welll as our friends we have made through the years. 

What is something most people don’t know about your business?

We are a small family-owned business. We take pride in our work and make sure every client is happy with our services. All our subcontractors are bonded and insured and we have worked with most of them since opening the company. Joe's knowledge of all aspects of the building process, as well as his easy going temperament, make it the best at what he does.
