Acupuncture and Spinal Manipulative Therapy completely resolve Migraine Headaches

Acupuncture for Migraines

Both Acupuncture and Spinal Manipulative Therapy have been reported in the literature to be effective treatment modalities for Migraine Headaches. In the first case report of the combination of Acupuncture with Spinal Manipulative Therapy, Dr. Bahia A. Ohlsen of Buffalo Grove, documents the complete resolution of chronic daily headaches with superimposed Migraine Headaches in a 32-year-old patient who had suffered since she was a teenager, after 5 treatments. This case was published in the September 2012 peer-reviewed Journal of Chiropractic Medicine and will soon be available to read in full, on pubmed.
