Saranello's Master Chef Class with Special Guest BG Village President Jeff Braiman

Chef Mychael Bonner is excited to launch his Italian Classics Cooking Series. Each month he will be hosting a special guest and together, with chef’s guidance, they will invigorate and recreate a classic and beloved Italian dish.

Join Mychael on Saturday, September 15th, while he and special guest Jeff Braiman, President of Buffalo Grove, prepare one of Jeff’s favorite dishes: Baked Manicotti. In addition to getting the inside scoop on how to elevate this dish into something exemplary, you will enjoy a three-course lunch that Mychael is artfully creating for this event along with complimentary wine pairings.

In addition to a great meal, this dish will be put on the Saranello’s menu and a portion of its proceeds will be donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Jeff’s charity of choice.
