Tripp Students Showcase Technology Skills

Third-graders demonstrated their abilities at the Students Involved with Technology Conference last weekend.

Third-graders Billy Bratton and Jason Topolski were among the students from Tripp School who participated in the Students Involved with Technology Conference on Saturday at Stevenson High School.

The conference features students in third grade through high school who present sessions to other students. Billy and Jason, who were sponsored by second-grade teacher Becky Labbe, presented "How to Create a Gameshow" using a Promethean board and Activote voters.

The boys learned how to create presentations using these tools at Tripp, where they prepared a game show as part of their weather unit in Labbe's class last year.
