Mathias Hosts Arthritis, Exercise Seminar
The free Buffalo Grove event is scheduled for Friday, July 27.
State Rep. Sid Mathias (R-53rd), in partnership with the Arthritis Foundation, will sponsor a free Arthritis and Exercise Seminar from 10 a.m. to noon July 27 at the .
The seminar will focus on arthritis and its symptoms, as well as on medications and exercises that can help with arthritis pain management.
“I hope we have a large turnout from the area’s seniors for this event,” Mathias said in a statement. “We will have a rheumatologist, a physical therapist, and an exercise specialist on hand to provide information and demonstrations.”
