Heart of Buffalo Grove Awards Finalists Named

Winners will be announced at a Nov. 10 award ceremony.

The Buffalo Grove Area Chamber of Commerce and co-sponsor Buffalo Grove Bank & Trust have announced the finalists for the Heart of Buffalo Grove Awards. These awards honor individuals and businesses for their dedication and service to the Buffalo Grove community.

Community members are invited to attend the Heart of Buffalo Grove Awards Dinner on Nov. 10 at the Arboretum Club. Check-in and social time begins at 6:30 p.m., with dinner and the award program at 7 p.m.  Admission is $30 per person and includes dinner (chicken, butternut squash ravioli or kid’s meal), champagne toast and cash bar.

The event will include a performance by OMNI Youth Theater and a brief presentation by Jay Krames of OMNI Youth Services on the importance of community volunteerism.

i love seeing Avi Samuels nominated for the Youth award. A very bright young man who will be a future leader & and will continue to advocate for people with disabilities. Truly an inspired choice !
