4 Baby Squirrels Have Tails Fused Together
An alert reader sent in this photo of four baby squirrels whose tails got fused. It's called "squirrel king phenomenon."
Alert Patch reader Mia posted the above photos of four baby squirrels with their tails fused together. She said it's called the "squirrel king phenomenon" and happens when sap falls into a squirrel nest and the babies' tails get stuck together.
Mia said she was walking her dog when she saw the connected siblings and snapped the pics. She took them to a wildlife rehab center.
