Color Blast 5k was created by the doctors at Active Care Chiropractic & Rehabilitation as a fund raiser to benefit Clearbrook. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Clearbrook. Clearbrook is the largest provider in the state of Illinois of services, programs and support for children and adults with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy and other intellectual/developmental disabilities.
