Residents Share BG Days Photos

Buffalo Grove Patch readers shared BG Days moments through a series of photos they posted to the site over the weekend.

Judy King captured this photo of the Buffalo Grove Police Department's K-9 demonstration during the parade, when police dog Saxon came to the aid of his handler who was "attacked" by a masked assailant. She also caught this more light-hearted moment with a friendly clown and shared a photo of a "cool" Corvette.

Congregation Beth Am shared a photo of its parade participants, who took a moment to pose for a picture on the street.

Chris Wright snapped a series of photos Friday night, when the festival grounds were temporarily evacuated when a storm blew in. Wright said he had just purchased dinner in the food tent when he and his wife were forced to take shelter. You can find his photos here.

John Kleeman also took some great storm pictures near the festival grounds.
