Budding entrepreneurs find themselves bombarded by offers for books and software which promise to create business plans that investors and bankers will love. Yet it’s a sad fact: most business plans raise no money at all. And most of the funded ventures eventually end up in failure. Why is this? Because most entrepreneurs don’t do the right things BEFORE sitting down to write their business plans. Monty Edson, business coach and graduate school faculty, will focus on what every entrepreneur should do BEFORE writing a plan and provide you with a clear checklist of what you need to do first.
