The Wheeling High School Orchestra program will present its 34th Annual POPs Concert on Saturday, Oct. 27, at 7:30 p.m.  Featured ensembles include the Symphony Orchestra, Concert Choir and Jazz Bands.  Directors are Brian Logan (band), Alex Meza (orchestra), and Stephen Colella (choirs).
