Thanksgiving Interfaith Celebration Set for Sunday
Community members of all religions are invited to attend.
The Northwest Suburban Interfaith Council will sponsor its 22nd annual Thanksgiving Interfaith Celebration at 7 p.m. Nov. 18 at Congregation Beth Am.
The gathering of clergy and community members from a number of area houses of worship will feature thoughts and prayers of Thanksgiving, blessings and peace.
Last year's service at St. Mary Parish drew more than 800 attendees.
Admission is free, but attendees are encouraged to bring nonperishable food or paper goods to benefit local food pantries.
