Schools, Libraries Open on Veterans Day
Monday, Nov. 12 is a federal holiday, but many local services will remain open.
The Buffalo Grove Post Office will be closed Monday, Nov. 12 in observance of Veterans Day, but most other local services will be offered that day.
Schools serving Buffalo Grove students will be in session. The Buffalo Grove Village Hall and Indian Trails and Vernon Area public libraries will also be open.
Buffalo Grove will celebrate Veterans Day Sunday, Nov. 11 with a ceremony at Buffalo Grove High School. The event begins at 2 p.m.
