Stevenson High School's Partners For Success club is seeking adult volunteers to serve as after-school mentors during the 2011-12 school year.

Volunteers will be matched on a one-on-one basis with a Stevenson student to provide mentoring, conversation, and friendship. The club meets on Wednesdays from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. from October to December and from March to May.

Research has shown that a student who develops a positive relationship with a caring individual from the community improves in attendance and grades.
